ValuePoint Product Training offers comprehensive hardware and process courses on Lam etch equipment. System training includes a variety of topics ranging from basic system operation to advanced troubleshooting. Process courses range from general semiconductor knowledge to advanced plasma and application—specific classes relating to all Lam systems. All instructor—led hardware classes are taught in the Performance Based Equipment Training format, allowing maximum hands—on system experience. These classes are designed to provide customers with the knowledge and expertise needed to maximize engineering efficiency and effectiveness on Lam equipment.
